A Grandma Moses oil on board, titled Sugaring Off, sold for $68,750 at an Americana sale held Oct. 1-3 by Pook & Pook in Downingtown, PA.

Also, a coveted set of four watercolor family portraits attributed to the Guilford Limner rose to $150,000; a rare Peter Stretch William and Mary walnut tall case clock, circa 1725, with Jim Kilvington provenance, brought $87,500; and a colorful Mahantango Valley Pennsylvania painted poplar slant-front desk, circa 1830, went for $112,500.
