Nadeau’s Auction Gallery Offers Furnishings, Guitars, Art, and Accessories
WINDSOR, Conn. — September, 2026 —
Nadeau’s Auction Gallery will conduct its Benchmade Furnishings, Guitars, Fine Art, and Decorative Accessories auction on Saturday, September 26, 2026, beginning at 10:00 AM EST at the gallery’s Windsor, Connecticut, location. The sale brings together an exceptionally varied collection spanning high-quality studio furnishings, vintage and collectible electric guitars, original paintings, and decorative objects suited to a broad range of collector interests.
Among the furnishings highlights are a George Smith custom upholstered down-filled sofa (Lot 251), a Stickley ‘Syracuse’ Mission Oak sideboard (Lot 351), and a J.L. Treharn benchmade dining table (Lot 200), representing some of the most respected names in American and English furniture making. The fine art category includes works by Frank Nuderscher (American, 1880-1959), Jacques Bouyssou (French, 1926-1997), and Herb Rather (American, b. 1930), offering collectors an opportunity to acquire paintings with established provenance across multiple national traditions.
The guitar consignments are a particular draw for instrument collectors, with offerings that include a 2005 Epiphone John Lennon Revolution 1965 Casino electric guitar (Lot 119), a 1995 Mosrite Mark V electric guitar (Lot 231), and a late-1960s Mosrite Ventures Mark V electric guitar (Lot 241). Decorative accessories round out the catalog with notable pieces including a Venetian Murano glass chandelier, an Edison Gem Phonograph with wooden horn, a work by Carlos de la Carcova (Argentine, 1903-1974), and three Lalique France frosted crystal quails.
Preview sessions are scheduled for Thursday, September 24, from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM, Friday, September 25, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, September 26, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
