A large Bush sculpture from midcentury modern designer Harry Bertoia sold for $275,000 at Design Auctions held May 19^th and 20^th by Rago Arts & Auction Center in Lambertville, N.J. Also, Masai (Twelve Elements) by glass artist Lino Tagliapietra gaveled for $118,750; a bench with back by George Nakashima went for $62,500; a Mesa table by T.H. Robsjohn-Gibbings topped out at $62,500; and a bronze coffee table by Ingrid Donat finished at $59,375. Prices are inclusive of the buyer’s premium.
