A vinyl-caped Jawa 12-back-A figure graded AFA 85 sold for $20,964 at Hake’s July 29 Premier Auction. Produced before the character’s cloth cape was substituted, the vinyl-cape variety is among the most sought-after variations in the vintage Star Wars line. Also, a Power of the Force Anakin Skywalker 92-back figure, one of only fifteen known examples at the AFA 85 grade, realized $20,964, and a Masters of the Universe Eternia Series 5 playset graded AFA 80 realized $15,641.
