Marburger Farm Debuts First New Permanent Exhibition Hall This Fall
ROUND TOP, Texas — September 15, 2026 —
Marburger Farm Antique Show will open its first newly constructed permanent building since the show’s founding in 1997 when the Fall Show returns October 27-31 in Round Top, Texas. The 7,500-square-foot exhibition hall, built from salvaged and on-site reclaimed materials, features sky glass, traditional board-and-batten siding, and a classic Texas metal roof, blending the farm’s heritage with a decidedly contemporary sensibility. The hall adds temperature-controlled shopping space to the 43-acre property and houses a curated group of 12 dealers offering antiques and vintage pieces sourced from around the world. Notable vendors include Jay Bearden of Patternmill, whose Mallorca-sourced furniture draws seasoned designers show after show, and Bradley Hester of B. Hester Antiques, known for distinctive antiques, art, and textiles from Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
The new structure builds on the momentum of Marburger’s 2026 Spring Show, which introduced 10 restored 19th- and 20th-century buildings and a Texas town square-inspired layout for easier navigation across the property. This fall’s programming extends those improvements with expanded dining offerings spanning breakfast, lunch, drinks, and dinner, along with live music from emerging Texas acts and a Halloween celebration on Friday, October 30. The beloved opening-day tailgate on Tuesday, October 27, returns with complimentary coffee, mimosas, and breakfast bites alongside early access to the farm’s buildings and the new exhibition hall. “Our goal has always been to be the best antique show experience, and this new exhibition hall along with enhanced hospitality offerings will ensure every guest, new or returning, feels truly at home,” said John Sughrue, owner and CEO of Brook Partners and Marburger Farm Antique Show.
The Fall Show runs Tuesday, October 27, through Saturday, October 31, 2026. Opening day hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesday through Friday hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets are on sale now at marburgerfarm.com.
