The Hyland House Museum and Barn Star Productions will be presenting the 46th Annual Guilford Antiques Show in Guilford, CT, March 14 (10am – 5pm) and 15 (11am – 4pm), 2015.
This popular and diverse show located at the Elisabeth Adams School, 233 Church Street, will feature 39 exhibitors in room setting booths offering a wide array of antiques and decorative arts, including formal and country furniture, fine art, oriental antiques and rugs, stoneware and redware pottery, maps and prints, portraits and pewter, early iron and lighting, folk art, ceramics, and much more.
Special events this year include a Guided Walking Tour by Frank Gaglio, dealer, appraiser, lecturer and event manager pointing out unique objects on the show floor with dealer cameo interaction at 2pm on Saturday.
On Sunday, Nest Egg Auctions will hold an appraisal day at the show from 12 noon – 2pm. Attendees are invited to bring in family heirlooms, yard sale finds, or attic treasures for a complimentary assessment of value. Appraisals are free and donations to the Hyland House Museum are cheerfully accepted.
