An early 18th century Hudson Valley kas (large Dutch cabinet) sold for $18,400 at an auction held April 6 by Carlsen Gallery in Freehold, N.Y. Also, an oil on canvas painting by Ralph Albert Blakelock (Am., 1847-1919) changed hands for $10,925; a 1st period Regency sofa breezed to $3,738; a 19th century eagle-on-ball weather vane achieved $3,738; a 1997 Lincoln Town Car roared off for $3,400; an English Regency dining table topped out at $3,400; and a grand tour casting Warwick vase hit $3,400. Prices include a 15 percent buyer’s premium.
