A 1927 Model M Steinway ebony baby grand piano sold for $27,225 at a two-day Signature Estates & Collections auction held Jan. 11-12 by Ahlers & Ogletree in Atlanta, GA. Also, a mid-18th century oil on panel River Landscape by Moonlight by Aert Van Der Neer (Dutch, 1603-1677), depicting a busy late night riverbank scene with several sailboats went for $16,940; and a circa 1890 German coin-op music-box (or polyphon), likely made by Paul Ehrlich, brought $8,470.
