Also, a signed Cartier hand brooch, crafted with 18kt gold and old European-cut diamonds, realized $22,800; a gentleman’s platinum, diamond and emerald dresser set fetched $6,600; a classic Louis Vuitton hard suitcase went to a floor bidder for $3,300; and a late 19th century French pendant, peppered with rose-cut diamonds and seed pearls, changed hands for $2,700. Prices include a 20 percent buyer’s premium.
