A stash of 10,000 bottles of Chateau Lafite Rothschild wine – one of the most expensive reds in the world – has been found in an unoccupied house in China. The owner of the home, a man named Zou, said he knows nothing of the wine or how it got there. Authorities are looking into whether the wine is even real or not. In the past six months, Chateau Lafite Rothschild has won six lawsuits against Chinese companies over fake wine and has been awarded $125,000 in compensation. If it’s real, the wine is worth $16 million.
