A Condition Census 1795 U.S. half-dollar coin, graded PCGS MS62, sold for $141,000 at a Regency Auction held December 14th by Legend Rare Coin of Lincroft, N.J., in conjunction with the PCGS Members Only Show. Also, an 1873-CC 25-cent U.S. arrows coin, PCGS AU55, made $79,312; an 1889-CC U.S. Morgan dollar coin, PCGS MS63, reached $49,937; a 1914-S U.S. $20 gold coin, PCGS MS66+, hit $45,825; and an 1897-S U.S. $5 gold coin, PCGS MS67+, rose to $41,125. Prices include a 17 percent buyer’s premium.
