An untitled standing mobile from around 1965 by Alexander Calder (Am., 1898-1976) sold for $471,000 at a sale of Modern & Contemporary Works held January 27^th by Skinner, Inc. in Boston, Mass. Also, an oil on canvas by Henri-Jean Guillaume (Fr., 1860-1943), titled La tour de Collioure (circa 1920), realized $375,000; a 1970 color screen print by Robert Rauschenberg (Am., 1925-2008), titled Signs, reached $23,370; and a palladium print by Irving Penn gaveled for $22,140. Prices include the buyer’s premium.
