The social platform for antiquers, collectors, and enthusiasts

Historic East Berlin, PA, Antique Show, April 30, May 1-2, 2015

The 18th Historic East Berlin Antique Show will be the first event in a big antique weekend in the York, PA, area with an Early Buying Preview on April 30 from 5 to 8 p.m.  As always, the preview will feature fine Americana for collectors at all levels, exceptional refreshments and a relaxed small town atmosphere, “the way shows used to be”. The show site at the East Berlin Area Community Center is located just 12 miles from the York fairgrounds and only half a block from the town’s National Historic District.
Dealers from six states will offer a wide selection of early items in original surface, ceramics including redware and stoneware, clocks, fraktur, textiles,  folk art, country and formal furniture, sewing items, paintings, early iron, Chinese export porcelain, early lighting, and much more.
Returning vendors include The Passes (PA), Blue Dog Antiques (CT), Ivy Hill Primitives (PA), Ayscough Antiques (PA), RSG Antiques (PA), Keystone Antiques, LLC (OH), Carol Schulman (OH), Kevin Kruger and others. New to the show this year are Brad White (PA), Fox Run Antiques (PA), Kay Roffe (NY), Payne and Campbell (PA), Bob Smith Fine Art & Antiques (PA), Millcreek Antiques (NY) and more.
The Community Center’s kitchen will be offering great homemade items including sandwiches and many choices of fresh baked pies. The kitchen has earned its own well deserved reputation for delicious food at very reasonable prices.
All proceeds benefit the East Berlin Historical Preservation Society in its preservation of five early historic buildings in this small 18th century town. www.ebhpspa.org
