Thanks to Taylor Sheridan, the creator of the “Yellowstone” series, there is new-found popularity in the romantic allure of the American Wild West.  But long before Kevin Costner’s John Dutton, Rip, and the ranch hands on the Yellowstone, were such Wild West icons as “Buffalo Bill” Cody, Annie Oakley, and Leo Burnett’s The Marlboro Man.
