The Neiman-Marcus annual holiday catalog is always good for laughs, because it contains items that nobody (except those evil one percenters) could possibly afford. Samplings from this year’s catalog (their 86th): “his and hers” watches from Van Cleef & Arpels that cost $1 million (included is a trip to Geneva and Paris), a red special-edition McLaren 12C Spider car ($354,000), a hen house inspired by the Palace of Versailles in France ($100,000) and a walk-on role in the Broadway play Annie: The Musical ($30,000).
